What to include
- The email address of your litei18n account.
- The workspace and project, if the question is about one.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- For billing, the date and amount of the charge. Never send full card details.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any time in Billing → Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Consumers in the UK and EU can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a refund of the unused part by emailing us. See the Terms of service.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, email us from your account address. Your rights are explained in the Privacy policy.
