How the limits work
Keys are counted once
A key is one piece of text in your app, such as home.title. It counts once, however many languages you translate it into. The limit covers every project in your workspace.
AI translations are counted per language
Translating one key into one language with AI uses one AI translation. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month. With your own Google Cloud or Gemini key, AI translations are not counted.
Languages and projects are unlimited
Add as many languages and projects as you need on every plan, including Free.
Over-the-air releases
On Starter and above, a release puts your translations on a CDN as JSON files. Your app downloads them when it starts, so text changes reach users without an app store update.
Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit. Upgrade when you need more keys, more people or over-the-air releases.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time, from Billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, and then your workspace moves to Free.
How does yearly billing work?
Paying yearly costs up to 25% less than paying monthly: Starter is $84, Growth $216 and Business $444 a year. We email you a reminder before each yearly renewal.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you already have is removed. You can't add keys beyond your plan's limit, and AI translation stops once the month's allowance is used up, until it resets or you upgrade. Your app keeps working the whole time.
Can I get a refund?
If you subscribe as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first subscription and get your money back, minus the days you used. Business subscriptions are not refundable, except for billing errors. Our terms of service have the details.
