# litei18n

> litei18n is an agent-first localization platform. AI agents manage translation keys, drafts, commits and over-the-air releases through the litei18n MCP server; people review and approve.

## Connect an AI agent (MCP)

- MCP server URL: `https://mcp.litei18n.com/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). Nothing to install.
- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 in the browser with a litei18n account. The person picks the workspace, the projects and an access level (read only, read & write, or full access); they can disconnect the app at any time under API Tokens in the litei18n app.
- Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the URL.
- ChatGPT: chatgpt.com/plugins → + → Add custom MCP server, paste the URL, choose OAuth, Create as a plugin (some plans: behind Developer mode).
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http litei18n https://mcp.litei18n.com/mcp`, then `/mcp` to sign in.
- Codex: `codex mcp add litei18n --url https://mcp.litei18n.com/mcp`, then `codex mcp login litei18n`.
- CI and scripts: send a workspace API token as `Authorization: Bearer litei18n_…` to the same URL.
- Tools: list_projects, list_keys, create_key, delete_key, restore_key, upsert_draft, commit_drafts, list_releases, create_release.
- Changes are drafts until committed; nothing goes live until a release is created.
